Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit. These are clearly labeled as such.

You may request to return your unwanted items within 30 days of ordering.  Items must be unused, unworn, with a hangtag attached, unwashed, and free of pet hair. Items shipped back without our authorization can not be processed in our warehouse facility and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 

Customers have the option to select between two refund options:

  • Free return shipping with store credit for the product purchase price 
  • OR a refund to your original payment method minus the return shipping fee

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be shipped out within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. 

Claims for damages, incorrect product, or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt. 

We do not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a different size we will send you a store credit code upon receipt of your return for your original product purchase price. You can then use the store credit code at checkout. Store credit codes do not expire. 

Please note we take up to 3 business days from receipt of return package to process the refund or coupon code.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of the presence of original hangtag and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it's returned to us. Product returned with animal hair on it will not be refunded or given store credit.  Orders that are marked as delivered and reshipped at our discretion, or through Monkprotect are not eligible for monetary refund, these orders will be eligible for store credit only if a return is requested. 

Please note many of our items are delicate and require special care instructions as noted on your care label. Returns will not be accepted for damages to clothing that are laundered differently than our care instructions. 

DECOR RETURNS

Home Decor returns must be in the original packaging still. Opened blankets are not eligible for return as they can not be repackaged to be resold.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unused with the tags and hygiene seals intact, in the complete original packaging.

HANDBAG RETURNS

To return your handbag please wrap it carefully in the original dust bag to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your handbag please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.

If you are returning an item that was part of a free gift with purchase promo, the free gift must also be returned in order to be eligible for refund. If the free gift is not returned, only store credit will be available minus the return shipping cost. The free gift is not eligible for monetary return or exchange.  

 

International Return Policy

Please contact info@midnighthour.com for a RA#. Ship back to us to the below address using your own carrier of choice. Tracking # must be emailed back to us. Please write "USA Returned Goods" on the outside of the package. Please note any duty/vat paid is not refundable. Upon receipt and processing your original form of payment will be refunded.

Packages that are refused delivery will only be refunded once the package has been delivered back to us, minus the shipping cost both to the destination and back from the destination.  We are not responsible for any carrier refusals to ship back to the United States.
