My friend did not get the e-gift card

I had to forward it to her. I thought it would be sent to her. That's the only issue I had. Also would be nice to get a notification when they open the giftcard.

It's a Gift Card

Not sure what's the deal with the other reviewer. I ordered the gift card and I received it by email 1 minute later. I already used it on a new order.

Lisa

Said that I received my order but I did not receive it. It is thanksgiving day the order was a gift card. No mail runs on thanksgiving and there was nothing in my mailbox. I will be expecting a refund if they are not going to send The gift card it was supposed to be a christmas present for my daughter. Gets even better now. It says they sent me a refund. But I checked my bank and there is no refund. Starting to get really aggravated with this company. They may not like this review but if they don't like the review, then make it so customers don't feel like this. Don't tell me you sent me a refund. And that's why because it's not in my bank

HI Lisa,
As we stated in our email to you, gift cards are digital cards only and delivered to your email address upon purchase. We cancelled and refunded your order on 11/24, depending on your bank or credit card it may take them a couple days to process it.
