People who say these are true to size are LYING

I have been buying from midnight hour for years. I have a 46" waist and usually wear what I would consider a "true" 3XL if a brand doesn't shrink their sizing. I've always worn a 4xl in midnight hour bottoms, lol. Anyway- these are much smaller than any 4xl I have purchased from them previously (that still fit!). Continuing in a trend of their sizes (at least in their bottoms) shrinking over the years. I've had to return everything I've purchased from them recently for this reason. Extremely disappointed, considering this did not used to be the case.

Cute and true to size. You can make them tighter or looser with the corsetting on both sides. Durable fabric that won't be too hot for the summer.

4 stars because they do that weird wrinkle thing in the crotch sometimes, looks like I’m smuggling some fruit down there and they run up my cheeks when I squat down but with my body type, it’s hard to find shorts that don’t do this. So I’m used to it and these are cute enough that I’ll deal with the minor awkwardness.

These shorts are soooo cute! They snatch my waist and look adorable on. The lace and side ties are so cute. They fit true to size, no need to size up. When you bend over you will show a lil some some but I wear undershorts to feel a bit better in them.
