I bought the coat impulsively because it was love at first sight, and have no regrets. It's warmer than I expected for a lightweight coat, and kept me perfectly dry when we had a thunder storms

I do like this coat, to start off with. It's a subtle Bauhaus design, it's all black, and the outer is cotton, which I appreciate. I got it in an XL, which is my usual size (5'4'', 170lbs), and I can just fit a sweatshirt under it just slightly snug. That being said, this is less an actual cold weather coat than costume. If you're someone who runs cold like I do, the moment temps drop below 55, this won't do it anymore. It's too thin to wear without a sweater or something else more substantial under it. I'm also disappointed in the pockets, both of which are just barely big enough for my phone. There's no interior pockets either. You also can't close it all the way up to the neck, as it only goes to just above the breastbone.The belt is also really long. I don't tend to use them, so I tied it loosely in the back, and it's still pretty lengthy. I do appreciate that the sleeves are really long, as I would rather longer than shorter, and they come almost down to the ends of my fingers. Others may find them too long, though.I still like my purchase, as it's a unique coat.
