Raven Brocade Dress

I really love the print, but was disappointed in the fabric. For the price, I expected a sturdier material. It's fairly thin, and wrinkles easily. I also felt the like the cinched area could have been lower; it was right under the breast area rather than truly on the waist, but maybe that's just a torso issue with me lol. Very true to size at least! And I love the flowy short sleeves.

Very comfortable dress, the fabric is very soft and it looks great. I feel like I could dress it up or dress it down depending on accessories so it can be a casual outfit for a day out with friends, or something I could dress up for a nice date or dinner. I initially got a large based on the fit of a different dress that fit best in a large, but it ended up being too big. I checked my measurements and went down to a medium and that fit much better. There's quite a bit of stretch to this dress - there's a tad bit more cleavage than I'm usually comfortable with and just enough room in the bust that I probably could have gone down one more size even though based on my measurements, a small should be too small in the bust. Even still, its not gaping so much that I feel like I need to size down, I might just look for a pin or something that I can use to close the front just a bit more. But if you think you might be between sizes, I'd recommend getting both sizes and then returning whichever doesn't fit. (37 bust, 30in waist, 40 hip, 5ft4, 150lbs for context).

This is a beautiful dress! I love the color, I love the print. Plus pockets! I did have a hard time figuring out the perfect size and exchanged it twice (3xl and xl) before finally settling on 2xl which fits perfectly. Definitely recommend.
