95% cotton 5% spandex. Thick and stretchy fabric. No Sheer bottoms here! Our shorter model is 5'3" wearing size small, inseam 31". Our taller model is 5'10" wearing a size XL, inseam 31". This is a 2 way stretch so it stretches in the inseam length also.
